Chilli Sauce l 辣椒醬

Yu Kwen Yick chilli sauce has a sharp, assertive spiciness, balance with savoury and sour. It remains the best spicy memories among Hong Kong peoples. The ingredients of different fresh chillis and sweet potatoes gives the sauces a thick texture; as compared to those made with preservatives.

The founder, Yu Siu-kee began making the sauces and brought his products from Sai Yin Pun to Norpoint on a bamboo pole balanced across his shoulders. Now, this #madeinhk brands is handled by the 3rd generation of Yu Family, has existed for almost 100 years.
