Refund and Exchange Policy
Please be advised to check the condition of items upon receiving. In the event of a problem (damaged packaging or missing, damaged or broken items), please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We are unable to process a refund or an exchange once the products are accepted.

Cancellation & Changes to Order

Product indicated as perishable or commonly known to be perishable or perishable nature ("Perishable product"); no cancellation is allowed once an order has been placed. Cancellation might result in 100% of the order being charged.
While we strive to provide best service delivery, any changes in any order should be made immediately (or at least 48 hours prior to delivery that is only applicable for order with specific delivery date). Please email or contact us on our Facebook/Instagram Page if there are any changes in your order(s) and we will advise accordingly if changes can be made to the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order by giving an advance notice. A full refund will be provided.
