Sales or Product(s) (“Product”) purchases below the minimum amount are charged at a flat delivery fee as indicated in the order form or payment portal for any location within mainland Singapore, except army camps, Tuas, Sentosa as well as other inaccessible places or places that require an entry fee. Additional delivery fees may be imposed and collected for these exceptional locations. We reserve the right to decline any delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible. We offer international shipping to many destinations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We shall not be held responsible for any forfeits, confiscations, or delays caused by import restrictions imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of import restrictions and agrees to comply with all applicable customs regulations.
