Cheung Wing Kee's red signboard by the roadside is easily spotted when passing by Kwun Yum Temple in Hung Hom. Its history dates back 66 years, from Cheung Wing Lit's apprentice Hui Yee Leung who took the noodle making skills and made them popular in Hong Kong's five-star hotels and high-end restaurants.
The noodles taste better when Mr. Hui uses fresh eggs and adjusts the shrimp according to the season. Served with no seasoning, their shrimp noodles are a bowl of simply happiness that will keep you warm and full.

Delivery a little late. Box a little damaged. Yet to taste.
