A. Shrimp Roe Tossed Noodles (Family Pack – 8 pcs)
Made with premium shrimp roe sourced from freshwater shrimp eggs and naturally dried. It has a rich umami aroma, slightly sweet taste, and is a traditional flavor enhancer without additives. The shrimp roe is separately packed to preserve its aroma and is meant to be sprinkled over cooked noodles before serving.
Cooking Method:
1. Place noodle cake into 800ml boiling water
2. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes, stirring to loosen noodles
3. Drain slightly, add soy sauce, then sprinkle shrimp roe and mix well
B. Shrimp Roe & Scallop Soup E-Fu Noodles (Single Pack) + Silver Silk Noodles (Twin Pack)
E-Fu noodles are regarded as one of the finest “longevity noodles.” Using high-quality rapeseed oil and controlled frying techniques, the noodles achieve a light, non-greasy texture with rich egg aroma. Each noodle is carefully processed to ensure a smooth yet chewy bite.
This set also includes Silver Silk Noodles, a signature Guangdong-style bamboo-pressed egg noodle. With decades of craftsmanship, the noodles are refined to under 0.7mm thickness, creating a smooth yet springy texture that has become a hallmark of quality.
Together, this set offers both rich soup E-Fu noodles and premium fine egg noodles for a complete Macau-style noodle experience.

1. 蝦子撈麵(家庭裝-8個裝)
蝦子,採自淡水蝦卵,經乾製而成。色棕褐,味鮮甜而香氣四溢,是無添加的調味珍品。常見吃法,將蝦子灑在菜餚上,可使清香滿桌。黃枝記秉承廣州古法,五十年前率先在澳門推出「蝦子撈麵」,令食客齒頰留香,讚不絕口。
今天,作為送禮的「銀絲細麵」,絕不隨俗,製作所謂的「蝦子麵」。原因是煮蝦子時,麵中的蝦子香味已在沸水中散發掉,得物無用,是食不得其法。因此「銀絲細麵」的「蝦子撈麵」,是將精選過的蝦子獨立包裝,以便灑在煮好的麵上。這樣,在家居也可以享用到如在黃枝親店內吃到的「蝦子撈麵」。
孫仔煮法 :
1. 先將麵餅放入800毫升沸水中 (約2碗水) ,
2. 用大火煮2分鐘,同時用竹筷攪散,使稔度適中,
3. 熄火後,稍微瀝乾並加入木桶醬油 (如有熟油亦可加入),然後將蝦子灑在麵上,撈勻即可食用。
2. 蝦子元貝湯伊麵 (單個裝)+ 銀絲麵 (兩個裝)
傳統上,中國在壽宴和春節等的喜慶日子,都會吃上麵條, 而麵條如絲長,故有「長壽麵」之稱。 說到長壽麵中溫之極品,正是「長壽伊麵」。
