Chung Wah Kee Noodle Factory has been a staple of Hong Kong’s wonton noodle tradition for forty years. Began from a street-side stall, it became a noodle factory in 1979 using bamboo jumping. They are the key suppliers for a few noodles stall including the famous Michelin Wanton Noodle Mak Man Kee in Jordan and Tsui Wah.
