Originating from the practice of Singaporean Cantonese families “Lou Hey” on the seventh day of the LNY, “Human Day” it has evolved into a Singaporean culinary specialty.

In the early days, the Lou Hey slogan was simple: “Toss high, toss high, may it bring prosperity.” Later, people started chanting popular auspicious phrases while tossing, such as “Abundance every year, great fortune and rolling wealth.”

In the 1970s, @kctsoya pioneered the launch of ingredient boxes, making it convenient for everyone to toss everywhere. This year, we even brought this set and celebrate with Master Mak to start the prosperous new year!

So, what does Yusheng taste like? The answer is: sweet and sour! This time, we tried #madeinhk Tung Chun Plum Sauce, which is the main soul, enhancing its flavour and making everyone love it!
